1. Who we are
This website and the QSTAR AI service are operated by QSTAR AI LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17485746, with its registered office at 5th Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at hello@q-star.co.uk.
By placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. The service
We produce AI-assisted digital content packs to your brief and deliver them as downloadable files. We currently offer:
- Pack A · Ecommerce Content Pack — $49 per pack (trial price): product images, short video and image assets, and listing / selling-point copy, as agreed for your order.
- Pack C · Business Docs Pack — $29 per pack (trial price): business documents such as proposals, quote notes, one-pagers and price sheets, delivered as DOCX / PDF / PPTX / XLSX.
Each pack is a one-off purchase. We sell digital content only: there are no physical goods, no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Deliverables are in English by default; other languages on request.
3. Ordering & preview
Every order follows the same five steps:
- Order — you send us your product information or brief.
- Preview — we prepare a preview of your pack.
- Confirm — you review and approve the preview (or ask us to stop).
- Pay — only after you approve do we ask for payment.
- Download — after payment you receive a link to download the final pack.
A contract for a pack is formed when you approve the preview and complete payment. If you do not approve the preview, no contract is formed and you pay nothing.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in USD on this website and confirmed at checkout. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by our payment processor or reseller (Merchant of Record) shown at checkout. Where checkout is provided by a reseller acting as Merchant of Record, that reseller is the seller of record for the transaction, handles payment, tax and invoicing, and its checkout terms also apply. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Packs are delivered digitally as a download link sent by email or shown after payment. Download links may expire after a period; please download and keep your own copy of your files. We do not promise ongoing or lifetime hosting of delivered files.
We aim to deliver promptly but, unless we agree a date with you in writing, we do not guarantee a specific turnaround time.
6. Cancellation & refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you pay nothing if you do not approve the preview; if you have paid but not yet downloaded, you can cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund; once you start downloading the pack it is non-refundable, except where delivery fails, the files are faulty, or the pack is materially different from the preview you approved.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. By asking us to make your pack available for download straight after payment, you agree that supply begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose that right to cancel once the download has started. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described.
7. Licence to use
Once you have paid in full, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, edit and publish the delivered files for your own business purposes, including on your listings, websites and marketing. You may not resell or redistribute the pack as a stand-alone product. We keep ownership of our tools, templates and know-how.
AI-assisted outputs can resemble material created for others. You are responsible for checking the final content is suitable for your intended use before publishing.
8. Your responsibilities
- Only send us information, images, logos and brand assets that you own or are authorised to use.
- Make sure product facts and claims you give us are accurate and lawful.
- Review the preview carefully — you are responsible for content you approve and publish.
- Do not use the service for content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful or adult in nature. We may decline or stop any order at our discretion, with a full refund of anything you have paid.
9. Liability
Our content is provided to support your business; it is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
