Cancellation Policy
Effective 2026-10-05 · Last updated 2026-10-05
At a glance
- Before you confirm an order: cancel at any time, free of charge. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
- After you confirm, before delivery: cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund, as long as the work has not yet been delivered or you have not started downloading or accessing it.
- Recurring software access: cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are taken.
1. Before you confirm an order
A quote is not an order. You can withdraw a brief, decline a quote, or ask us to stop at any point before you confirm the order, free of charge and without giving a reason. We take no payment before confirmation.
2. After you confirm an order
Once you have confirmed and paid, you can cancel within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund, provided the work has not yet been delivered or you have not started downloading or accessing it. Once delivered work has been downloaded or accessed, the order can no longer be cancelled; our Refunds & Disputes Policy explains what happens if anything is wrong with it.
3. Recurring software access
If your quote includes recurring software access, you can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and you will not be charged again. Part-used periods are not refunded, except where required by law.
4. Cancellation by us
We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot deliver it, or if it would breach our Terms of Service. If we cancel, we refund in full anything you have paid for work not delivered.
5. How to cancel
Email [email protected] with the subject "Cancellation", your order reference (if you have one) and the email address used at checkout. We confirm cancellations by email within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales.
